Eleanor (Pieternella) Beekman, MPCC Provisional, CCPCP Candidate
Registered Professional Counsellor - Candidate
You may be navigating a life-changing event, standing at the edge of a major transition, or grieving the sudden loss of someone you love—or a life you once knew. You might be struggling to adjust to changes at home, school, or work, feeling overwhelmed by decisions, or carrying a quiet exhaustion that doesn’t seem to lift.
Perhaps you’ve recently moved to a new country and are finding it difficult to feel at home in unfamiliar systems, expectations, or ways of life. You may feel alone, unfocused, or disconnected from things that once brought you meaning or joy. You may simply know that something feels uncertain and that you need additional support.
If any of this resonates and you’re looking for something different—something more supportive and hopeful—we can work together.
I offer a collaborative, individualized approach to therapy, grounded in trauma-informed care and tailored to your unique experiences, strengths, and goals. I use a trauma-informed approach and integrate a variety of therapeutic modalities based on your individual needs, supported by advanced certification in trauma and grief. My work is shaped by a deep respect for cultural identity, lived experience, and the complexity of navigating change, loss, and healing, and I have a particular interest in multicultural counselling.
I am currently an Intern Counsellor working under direct Supervision offering reduced rates.
I strive to create a space where you feel seen, understood, and accepted just as you are. Clients often describe me as compassionate, genuine, and steady. It would be an honour to walk alongside you as you move toward greater clarity, resilience, and well-being.
