You may have experienced a life-changing event, are on the verge of a major change in your life, or have experienced the sudden loss of someone you love or a life you no longer have. You might be having trouble adjusting to changes in home, school or work life, or are feeling overwhelmed by life and the decisions you have to make. You might have found yourself in a new country with different customs and approaches to life than you were expecting. You might be feeling alone and tired. You may need additional support in an area of life you feel unsure about.
I can help you navigate life’s twists and turns allowing you to hold difficult emotions and thoughts, face them courageously with compassion, and help you move past them to bring the best “you” forward. I am currently an Intern Counsellor working under direct Supervision offering reduced rates.
I use a trauma-informed approach and integrate a variety of therapeutic approaches based on your individual needs. I have a special interest in multicultural counselling.
